Who we share it with

We share personal data only where we need to, with:

  • Fasthosts Internet Limited, our UK website and email hosting provider, which stores and delivers our website and emails on our behalf.
  • Google, which supplies the fonts used on this website. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address. Google may process this in the United States, under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Professional advisers, our insurers and authorities where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Links to other websites, such as Google Maps, X and Facebook, are covered by those organisations’ own privacy policies once you follow them.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

When you use the order builder or quote form, your browser’s session storage briefly remembers your choices so they carry from one page to the next. This stays on your device, is never sent to us until you submit the form, and is cleared when you close the tab. Because it is strictly necessary for something you ask the website to do, it does not need your consent.

If we add analytics or any other cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Keeping your data secure

The website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry form submissions are checked and limited to stop abuse, and they are sent only to our business mailbox. Access to our email and records is limited to staff who need it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
  • Erase your data where we no longer need it
  • Restrict or object to how we use it, including where we rely on legitimate interests
  • Data portability: receive data you gave us in a common format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it

To use any of these rights, email contact@pvslimited.com or call 01422 201331. It’s free, and we will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the way we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
